G Gregory Humphrey After moving into my new home, I suspected that the Heating unit was too small for my home. The contractor assured me that the unit was sufficient. I contacted Quick's HVAC about my suspicions and they came out immediately. After performing a load test, they determined that the unit was too small for my home. They were relentless in thier effort to insure that I was treated fairly by the building contractor. Days later, the building contractor agreed to replace the unit with one more than twice the size of the one they'd installed. That's what happened to me at 11:00 at night. I couldn't call them because it was too late, so I left a "REQUEST FOR SERVICE" request on their website at 11pm. At 7:00 the next morning, I saw that they had emailed me and said that someone from their company would call me at 8:00. They did. They said a service man would be out within the hour. He was. A half hour later, my Air Conditioning unit was fixed (capacitor). I very VERY much appreciated their promptness.
