They were able to schedule me an appointment for 8am the next day. When they arrived it turned out that the coil had a leak which caused the Freon to be 3 lbs low. They were able to come back out on Monday to replace it and get my air working. However Monday night my unit stopped working I called Cool Change at 7am Tuesday morning and they were back at my house at 8:30am that day. Turns out that lightning struck the unit the night before. Cool Change fixed the unit and had it working that same day.
