It all started with one man and one van. After years of working for large national HVAC companies, Adrian grew tired of their cold and impersonal business practices. He wanted to shift the attention back to the customers, envisioning a business that treated his neighbors and community like family. In 2004, Adrian founded AnyDay Heating & Cooling – a black owned heating and cooling company that provides the Raleigh-Durham community with exceptional HVAC and plumbing services. A Growing Black Owned Business Adrian’s commitment to growing a local, family, minority owned business was evident from the start. His first hire was his ten-year-old son, Raheem, who spent his summers with his father carrying bags, filing paperwork, and completing painting jobs. While the extra help was indispensable, it was about more than an extra hand. It was about teaching the values that have always defined AnyDay Heating & Cooling — hard work, top-quality service, and devotion to the local community. Today, after working his way through the company and earning his degree from Eastern Carolina University, Raheem is a co-owner.
